时钟

墙上有个可爱的钟，滴滴答答不停不歇的钟。不停不歇，却也不慌不忙，它以一种稳定的速度往前走着。真的是活在当下的钟啊！每一分每一秒，它都走在“现在”的刻度上。时时刻刻活在当下，就是这只钟如此轻快的原因吧。

若要和这只钟一样轻快，其实也就应该像它一样，时时刻刻凝视着“现在”。

快乐的秘诀之一，在于想着现在的你“正在”拥有的，而不是想着过去的你“曾经”拥有的，和未来的你“可能”拥有的。

抬头看看墙上的钟，也低头看看现在的自己，并且感谢此刻所拥有的一切。只是“现在的自己比五分钟以后的自己更年轻”这一点，就已是千金难买的财富了呢！
